Our Figma backup service allows you to add files in two ways. You can directly provide a link to your Figma design or import all Figma designs in your Figma Team. In this article, we will explain how you can connect your Figma account to directly and add all of your team files with one click.
Let's get started...
Sign in to your account and click the "Add new backup" button. This will show you a pop up with the two options for adding files.
Switch to the "Import from Team" tab and click the "Connect Figma" button. You will be redirected to a new webpage to authorize our Figma backup application to access all your files.
After authorizing our application, you can start adding files from your Figma teams. All you need to provide is your Figma team ID.
How to find your Figma Team ID?
Open the Figma desktop app or figma.com in your browser and sign in
Click on the "Home" icon in the top left corner in the Figma Desktop app
If you're using your browser navigate to https://www.figma.com/files/recent
Then click on the Figma team you'd like to select
Afterwards right click on the team and select "Copy link"
Now go back in to the Figma backup application and simply paste the link into the input field
Select "Start Import" to start the import process
That's it. You have now imported all your Figma files into the Figma backup application. All files within that team will be added the next backup cycle.
