We always send you an email with a PDF invoice attached right after your purchase. You may have missed this email but you can also download your invoice on your account as soon as your payment is successful. In this article, I explain where you can find all your invoices.

1. Check your spam folder

Check your spam folder first if your invoice has not arrived in your inbox. Emails from us could get flagged because of your email provider's spam filters. If you have a company email, for example, elikem@magicul.io, it could be because of some server settings done by your IT department. Generally, this is a good thing but important emails could also get flagged as spam. The spam folder is always the best place to start.

2. Download the invoice from your account

2.1. Pay-As-You-Go Customers

You can find your invoice in your account in the "My Account" section. Even for Pay-As-You-Go purchases, an account gets created for you. If you just made the payment, check your inbox for an email asking you to verify your email. Click the "Confirm my account" link.

Afterwards, you'll be asked to set a password. Once you've done that simply go to magicul.io and click on "Login" in the top right corner. You can then find your invoice under billing history on the "My Account" page.

If you did not receive the email, simply go to magicul.io and sign up from scratch. To do so follow the steps below:

  • Click "Login" at the far right in the menu bar at the top. This will open a pop-up for you to sign up with an email.

  • A login popup will open, select "Sign up" at the bottom.

  • Enter the email you used for making the purchase

  • Set a password

  • You will be redirected to https://magicul.io/account and you'll find your invoice under billing history.

2.2. Credits and Subscription Customers

You can find your billing history in your account. Go to https://magicul.io/account. If you're already signed in you will find all your purchases with a download button for their invoices. If you don't have an account yet,

  • Click "Login" at the far right in the menu bar at the top. This will open a pop up for you to sign up with an email.

  • Enter the email you used during the checkout

  • Set a password and submit

  • You will be redirected to https://magicul.io/account and you'll find your invoice under billing history
