There are a few reasons you might be having trouble signing into your Magicul account. This article will explain some of the common login issues and help ensure you get back into your account.

There are a few things that might be happening. These are the possible issues and what you can do:

  1. Your email or password is incorrect

If you see an error message saying 'Wrong email or password'. Try again, or reset your password if it slipped your mind, it is likely to be for the following reason(s):

  • You signed up using a different email address. You may also have mistyped your email while making your first payment or while signing up

  • You mistyped your password

To reset your password, click "forgot password?"

2. You're not receiving the password reset email

If you're not receiving the password reset email, it's possible the email is going into your email's spam folder. It may also be possible that you mistyped your email when you initially paid. To find your password reset email, try:

  • Checking the spam folder on your email account or

  • Contact us to check if the email you're using corresponds with the email your payment is under

3. You just bought a subscription but nothing happened. There's no prompt to log in or sign up anywhere

Once you purchase a plan, your account is added to our database. We also send you an email to confirm your email and set a password.

If you're not receiving the email to confirm your account, it's possible the email went to your spam folder. It may also be possible that you mistyped your email when you initially made your purchase. To find your account confirmation email, try:

  • Check the spam folder on your email account.

  • Contact us to check if your email corresponds with the plan you bought.

4. You try to log in and you get a different error message

If you see a message other than 'Wrong email or password', reach out to us with the error message you're getting. Attach a screenshot of the error message to give us a better idea of what's going wrong.
